Daily flights to Yichang are available from major cities across China, making it convenient for international participants to purchase Interline tickets directly to Yichang City. Alternatively, participants can reach Yichang by flight or high-speed railway from their initial arrival cities.

The ISS organizing committee will provide shuttle buses to pick up participants at Yichang Airport and the two high-speed railway stations.

There are two commercial districts near the venue offering a variety of food options. One is outside the northeast gate of Three Gorges University at the junction of Daxue Road and Huanghe Road, with cafés, Chinese restaurants, barbecue restaurants, hotpot restaurants, snacks, fast food, and bars/restaurants. Another commercial district is on the campus of Three Gorges University, at the junction of Yunlin Road and Dacheng Road, with noodle restaurants, fast food, dessert shops, cafés, beverage shops, hotpot shops, and bars/restaurants.
