General Assembly & Board Meeting of WSCS
The general assembly and board meeting of WSCS will be held during the conference on 21st October in the evening. (The WSCS board will offer details)
IUCN SSG Meeting
An IUCN SSG meeting will be organized at the conference.
Citizens Communication
Citizens of Yichang City will be invited to communicate with some participants during the conference with their common topics at a selected time.
Graduate Student's Party
A student party will be held at the CTGU student center for a night (TBD) during the conference.
Workshop at Wuhan University
Some participants will be invited to attend the special workshop, which will be held on 25 October at Wuhan University in Wuhan City as one of the post-conference academic activities. Details of the theme and workshop program will be announced later.
